Applications must be completed electronically via BWF’s Grant Application System and include the sections below. The Signature Page must also be uploaded before the application can be submitted. E-signatures will be accepted. Faxed Signature Pages will not be accepted.

  • Proposal Abstract (300 words max, use provided template) 
  • Proposal (five page limit)
  • CV of Applicant
  • CV of Non-Profit/Partner Director (if applicable)
  • Letters of Support
  • Timeline and Plan for the Proposed Project (two page limit)
  • Budget and Justification (use provided template)
  • Signature Page (use provided template)
