The entire preproposal application must be submitted electronically through BWF’s grant application system by September 3, 2013, 4:00 p.m., Eastern Time. The following checklist is provided to assist in compiling and completing all necessary preproposal application materials.

Did you remember to include your name in the “Project Title” field in the format of “Last Name, First Name – Project Title”?
Did you request a confidential letter of recommendation from your primary postdoctoral mentor?
- Has this letter been uploaded by your primary postdoctoral mentor?
Did you remember to complete and upload the Preproposal Application Form?
- Did you sign the form (scanned signature or e-signature is accepted; typed name is not accepted)?
- Did you check the applicant certification box just above your signature?
- Did your primary postdoctoral mentor sign the form (scanned signature or e-signature is accepted; typed name is not accepted)?
- Did your primary postdoctoral mentor check the three boxes just above his/her signature?
