Preproposal application checklist
The entire preproposal application must be submitted electronically through BWF’s grant application system by September 1, 2011, 4:00 p.m., Eastern Time. The following checklist is provided to assist in compiling and completing all necessary preproposal application materials.

- Postdoctoral Mentor information
- Proposal information
- Did you remember to include your name in the "Project Title" field in the format of "Last Name, First Name - Project Title"?
Attachments to the Preproposal Application
- Preproposal Application Form - uploaded as a PDF file
On the preproposal form, did you remember to:
- Complete all required fields?
- Use the correct format when entering up to five of your top publications?
- Include your signature on the form (e-signature is accepted)?
- Check the applicant certification box just above your signature?
- Include your primary postdoctoral mentor's signature on the form (e-signature is accepted)?
- Have your primary postdoctoral mentor check the two boxes just above his/her signature?
