Progress and Financial Reporting

Note:  This information is only applicable to current BWF Awardees.

Progress and financial reports are required of all BWF grant recipients, and are due on the date specified in the award letter or contract.  Advisory Committees and staff depend heavily upon progress and financial reports to evaluate progress.  Late reports inconvenience Advisory Committee reviewers and impede the Fund's evaluation of its programs.  Failure to submit progress or financial reports in a timely fashion will result in termination of funding.

BWF has provided Progress Report Guidelines to assist in the preparation and submission of Progress Reports in an acceptable manner.  The Cover Sheet and the Financial Report may be completed on line, however, they must be printed in hard copy and mailed to BWF as instructed in the guidelines.. 

Adobe Acrobat Reader software, version 4.0 or higher, is needed in order to complete BWF's reporting documents on line. If necessary, download the Acrobat Reader (it is free software) and then install the software by opening the downloaded file.  Once the software is installed, select the program area below to begin.
