Dear Grant Recipient,
The Burroughs Wellcome Fund is transitioning to the ProposalCentral grants management system (https://proposalcentral.com/) effective July 19, 2023. This will include management of your current award.
You will need to create an account if you do not already have one with ProposalCentral. To create a NEW account follow the steps below:
- Navigate to ProposalCentral (https://proposalcentral.com)
- On the Applicant/Awardee tab, click on “Need an account?” link at the bottom of the credentials area.
- Follow the instructions and complete your professional profile.
- If you have an ORCiD ID, you can link your ProposalCentral account to your ORCiD ID account and sync the data within the accounts.
If you already have a ProposalCentral account, you do not need to do anything further. If you have forgotten your password for your ProposalCentral account, you may navigate to the “Forgot your password?” link on the Applicant or Awardee tab. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
As a part of this transition, BWF will begin implementing electronic grant payments. Instructions to set up ACH payments are provided at this link: Grant-Payment-Information-Guidelines-1.pdf
After July 19, payments will not be made until the financial information is added. In addition, all future progress and financial reporting will be completed through ProposalCentral. For any financial and/or progress reports due prior to July 19, please submit them as soon as possible.
All applicants and awardees should add @altum.com to your safe senders list. Automated emails will be sent from ProposalCentral to assist with the required grant deliverables.
